Dr. Shin shared that he will be moving from a HCOL location to a lower cost of living area which will dramatically impact his finances. With this new change he will have increased income for investments but also expendable income. This is a major win for Dr. Shin and we look forward to hearing about his next adventures. How will he invest and deploy some of his new found expendable income? We hope that he can earmark a portion of that income for purchasing amazing experiences. In the finance world most people don’t get excited about 1% returns. In Short-term rental investing most look for cash-on-cash of at least 20-30%. Long-term rental investors are shooting for 10%.
