Does your STR need to be local to self manage? I would imagine changing linens and ensuring there are no leaks or cracks or property damage would be difficult if you have to drive more than 1.5 hours to your STR. How can I sign up for the next course?

Your STR does not have to be local to self manage. The key is setting up good systems to manage remotely. Once you have it down you can manage 90% from your iPhone. The current course is ending this week. A waitlist will be released shortly for the next course after we confirm the dates but it will likely start in May 2022.
