At a recent Timeshare Update, after mentioning that I had STRs, I received a most unusual pitch to purchase more points: to purchase more Points (at a preferred rate) and compete with the Time-Share (a Spa-Resort in Mexico) via VRBO! On one-hand, it is a full-resort property that is new, nice, furnished, has housekeeping and maintenance.
